It is recommended that you check travel times on the Yorkshire Travel website, which has up-to-date timetables and features a very useful journey planner.
Being in the town centre (opposite Morrisons) we are easy to reach, no matter how you travel.
By bus
We are very close to Pontefract bus station. Turn right, out of the bus station doors (you will see the British Heart Foundation Electrical & Furniture Shop). Carry on up the road, cross at the traffic lights and turn right onto Finkle Street. Walk to the end of Finkle Street and you're there! In some circumstances, depending on which direction you are coming in from, you may be able to get off one stop before the bus station, which is slightly closer.
By train
The nearest train station is Pontefract Tanshelf. However, this is a small station and no trains run on Sunday. However, if you wish to visit us at other times, there may be trains running at a convienient time.
Leave the station, going up the large exit ramps, onto the bridge. Turn left and carry on walking and turn left after crossing the junction with the traffic islands (outside Kikos nightclub). Carry on walking (the Firestation will be on your left hand side) and turn right into the road the seperates the Morrisons and Tesco carparks. Continue walking, following the road round. Just before you come to the end of the road, you should see the entrance to the Morrisons carpark on your left and the church on your right.
